Application
Start with a few drops under the tongue and allow it to absorb over 15-20 seconds. It is best to always start low (3-5 mg) for a new user and work up to the dosage that works best for that person (Optimal dosage will vary person to person). For optimal benefits, take consistently, morning and night. It is best to increase frequency, rather than increasing the dose.
